Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery within  Malaysia takes around 3-15 working days, while delivery to others country will be notify via email. This does not include public holidays and Sundays. Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location and weight of the package.
  2. Customers will receive their shipping notification as well as their parcel tracking number and the carrier being used to ship your order. You can also contact us at 03-78451967 regarding any enquiries about your package.
  3. Defective/Incorrect Items:
    In the case that you have received any defective/incorrect items please reach out to us immediately either via email at  onlinemarketing@global-p.com.my or via WhatsApp at 016-2338715 and we will make all the necessary arrangements to rectify the issue.

Refund Policy

  1. Our products are safely packed during delivery.
  2. Please contact our Sales Admin immediately and provide the photos as supporting documents of any damages.
  3. There is NO cash refund or cancellation allow.
  4. We will obtain management approval for any replacement and we reserve the right not to exchange or replace the products due to customer negligent.
